André Zonta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 27th minute of the match. André Zonta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sigfrido Auletta's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Abelardo Abechuco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Flavio Vittori made a huge save. Flavio Vittori had great luck who in the 33rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Maximino Lope from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven Thorsberg was the one to do the kick off. André Zonta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. When the match was over Italy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than El retorno del Pincha throughout the match.
