Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Daniel Kipchirchir Pikin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Tifo Marinović didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. 7 minutes into the game, Obrero Barquisimeto's Joel Gargollo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 12th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tifo Marinović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Joel Gargollo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Tifo Marinović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 17th minute of play. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Tifo Marinović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Gargollo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. 29 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Gargollo. Chris Mergenthaler made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Obrero Barquisimeto's Xurde Buiza. 31 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gargollo came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gargollo's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Joel Gargollo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 35th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gargollo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chris Mergenthaler got a throw-in 55 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Frank Sachs. With a little luck, Obrero Barquisimeto's Tifo Marinović got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Joel Gargollo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Albin Holweck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tifo Marinović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cido Cardozo in the 79th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Chris Mergenthaler in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Obrero Barquisimeto's Feo Cadorniga. 81 minutes into the game, Cido Cardozo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gaby Martínez made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Germany's Albin Holweck. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cido Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Cido Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Obrero Barquisimeto's supporters rose to their feet, but Cido Cardozo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Obrero Barquisimeto were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Germany for a fine match.
