Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alessandro Capixaba took the kick off in the first half of the match. Denmark's attentive Bertram Svenningsen managed to snatch the ball when Adilson de Medeiros made a throw-in in the 10th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Bertram Svenningsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Bertram Svenningsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guto Trevisan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guto Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Adilson de Medeiros in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Theis Winther. Chiquinho Vargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Adilson de Medeiros made in the 38th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Alessandro Capixaba. After 42 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Chris Nygaard. In the 45th minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guto Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bertram Svenningsen took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guto Trevisan. Guto Trevisan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chris Nygaard was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Legion of Boom's Guto Trevisan got control of the ball when Bertram Svenningsen tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Chris Nygaard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guto Trevisan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Legion of Boom's zone, Chris Nygaard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guto Trevisan came out of the goal and Chris Nygaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Mikkel Wulff fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Bertram Svenningsen kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Alessandro Capixaba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alessandro Capixaba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 75 minutes, Adilson de Medeiros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Legion of Boom and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 played minutes Legion of Boom got a freekick which was hit by Adilson de Medeiros. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olav Graversen in the 78th minute of play forced Legion of Boom's goalkeeper Guto Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olav Graversen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Guto Trevisan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
