Romeo Precioso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilson Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Romeo Precioso slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Al Hueso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Moreira came free, but Isidoro Cedro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16thth minute of the game Caetano Moreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Al Hueso FC's Isidoro Cedro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romeo Precioso. If Daniel Pimentel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidoro Cedro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Senne Coosemans hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Al Hueso FC's Isidoro Cedro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Rodolfo Miranda hit a great ball. In the 44th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Cedro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute Portugal were awarded a corner. Felipe Barreto went to the cornerflag to take it. Portugal's Felipe Barreto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Isidoro Cedro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romeo Precioso made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Daniel Pimentel took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Isidoro Cedro to make any attempt to save it. Romeo Precioso might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romeo Precioso ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Precioso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caetano Moreira succeeded in the game's 59th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Al Hueso FC made a substitution. Vinicio Dolfo replaced Melchor Locaio. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. The supporters of Portugal booed when Al Hueso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petrică Măcriș's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Isidoro Cedro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Petrică Măcriș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
