Austria's Fabio Schneider got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, 唐源亮 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Auer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damazy Biegun in the 47th minute. Marvin Harrer kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

When Leonhard Maier came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Austria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonhard Maier couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, 狄卫皓 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Schneider struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. 孔岚浩 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Austria. Austria's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
