Denmark's Keld Paulsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Denmark from getting a goal against them. Stoicii's Edgar Mititelu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 52nd minute of play. Alexandru Zaki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Stoicii's Aurelian Dragomir got a free kick in the 58th minute. After 67 minutes of play, Denmark's Chris Nygaard made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Mititelu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute, Claudiu Popescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurelian Dragomir hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudiu Popescu in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute of the match Stoicii got a corner. Denmark's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aurelian Podgoreanu ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Aurelian Podgoreanu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Keld Paulsen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Edgar Mititelu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Stoicii's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Edgar Mititelu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denmark's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
