Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arnaldo Alsua started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Willy Stieler during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Willy Stieler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Alsua in the 7th minute of play. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnaldo Alsua went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by ............'s Arnaldo Alsua. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Alsua quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When Arnaldo Alsua came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the ............ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Alsua couldn't finish the play. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Arnaldo Alsua scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Alsua in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Willy Stieler hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, ............'s Arnaldo Alsua sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnaldo Alsua in the 39th minute. In the 41stth minute of the game Arnaldo Alsua who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Germany's Frank Sachs got a free kick in the 51st minute. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Arnaldo Alsua kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Arnaldo Alsua's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. With a little luck, ............'s Roman Masharov got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peter Achenbach was slow to take the kick. During this time ............'s players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Alsua in the 74th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 75 minutes of play, ............'s Arnaldo Alsua made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnaldo Alsua went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnaldo Alsua's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Arnaldo Alsua's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Arnaldo Alsua's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Alsua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ............'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
