Leandro Munio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garcia Morros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 played minutes Belgrano de Pibasog got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Abadia. 43 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Kiewit came free, but Bernardo Raggio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 47 minutes, Blue Dolar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belgrano de Pibasog's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blue Dolar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bermejo Club made a substitution. Honorio Nikola replaced Johan Kiewit.
The audience was convinced that Garcia Morros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leandro Munio was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Belgrano de Pibasog's Bernardo Raggio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Belgrano de Pibasog from getting a goal against them. After taking down the ball on Bermejo Club's corner Antônio Carlos Xavier fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bernardo Raggio quite easily take care of the ball. Leandro Munio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Judas Verón in the 66th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Bermejo Club's goal looked a bit too open when Judas Verón came free, but Leandro Munio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorio Nikola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Raggio having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Belgrano de Pibasog players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
