Alessio Borrelli ran back to his position shaking his head. Virgilio Quentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessio Borrelli in the 14th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aggelos Lazopoulos got free with Matías Patrone in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matías Patrone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aggelos Lazopoulos in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Merten Münch in the 17th minute of play forced Los Delfines's goalkeeper Matías Patrone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Los Delfines's Matías Patrone got control of the ball when Aggelos Lazopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Godfredo Erruki to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Alessio Borrelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Quentin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Los Delfines booed when Tandil Córdoba Legnano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Luiz Arantes didn't get a good kick on the ball.
