Medero Retes made in the 6th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Original Sabahan's Cristoforo Strazzabosco. Original Sabahan's Egil Kilberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitor Tejedor in the 8th minute of play. In the 19th minute Original Sabahan were awarded a corner. Aristide Mirciulescu went to the cornerflag to take it. Gustaw Tylenda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cibran Velasquez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Gustaw Tylenda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pando CNdeF's Cibran Velasquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaw Tylenda in the 24th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Pando CNdeF's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaw Tylenda came free, but Cibran Velasquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Gustaw Tylenda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cibran Velasquez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cibran Velasquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadhly Haryanto-Ie, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Original Sabahan were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Pando CNdeF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aristide Mirciulescu took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Yao Jian Lei managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The supporters of Original Sabahan booed when Pando CNdeF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillelme Morua didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaw Tylenda in the 44th minute of play forced Pando CNdeF's goalkeeper Cibran Velasquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Gustaw Tylenda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cibran Velasquez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vitor Tejedor was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Angelo Loma was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pando CNdeF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Original Sabahan the free kick. After 51 played minutes Pando CNdeF got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Loma. Egil Kilberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignazio Sandoval's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 64th minute of the match Original Sabahan got a corner. Pando CNdeF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aristide Mirciulescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Aristide Mirciulescu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pando CNdeF's Cibran Velasquez did a great save. After a rather tough play, Pando CNdeF's Angelo Loma got a free kick in the 66th minute. Pando CNdeF's Kenny Ackerman was substituted for Angelo Loma. The throw-in from André Luís Tande in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pando CNdeF's Ebardo Ontaneda. The supporters of Pando CNdeF booed when Original Sabahan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haikal Sugendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Egil Kilberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitor Tejedor in the 82nd minute of play. Yahya Kılıçaslan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cibran Velasquez having to make a save. Cibran Velasquez made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Yahya Kılıçaslan sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute Vitor Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Kilberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Original Sabahan's attentive André Luís Tande managed to snatch the ball when Ebardo Ontaneda made a throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game. Vitor Tejedor might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Egil Kilberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vitor Tejedor ran back to his position shaking his head. The Pando CNdeF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Original Sabahan's performance. The match ended with a win for Original Sabahan.
