The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Egil Kilberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jiang Sha in the 9th minute of the match. Original Sabahan's Egil Kilberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Abreu in the 11th minute of play. Egil Kilberg came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Celestiales's Santiago Abreu. But to his dismay, Santiago Abreu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Gustaw Tylenda kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Egil Kilberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jiang Sha in the 22nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaw Tylenda got free with Iker Madrid in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute, Fadhly Haryanto-Ie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iker Madrid stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustaw Tylenda's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Egil Kilberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiang Sha in the 36th minute of play. Iker Madrid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaw Tylenda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Santiago Abreu put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Egil Kilberg. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Original Sabahan's goalkeeper Egil Kilberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

In the 51st minute, Jiang Sha made a precise shot to the right of Egil Kilberg. Original Sabahan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 54 minutes into the match, Celestiales's Santiago Abreu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Egil Kilberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Celestiales booed when Original Sabahan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dewa Kooth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dewa Kooth hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Santiago Abreu's late challenge caught a Original Sabahan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santiago Abreu helped the player get up and apologised. Original Sabahan's Cecep Wijaya was substituted for Jojo Guci. After 61 played minutes Celestiales got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Abreu. Egil Kilberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Abreu in the 64th minute of play. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Original Sabahan! If Gustaw Tylenda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 77 minutes into the match, Celestiales's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaw Tylenda came free, but Iker Madrid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Original Sabahan's Gustaw Tylenda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iker Madrid made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. The throw-in from Cristoforo Strazzabosco in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Celestiales's Rigoberto Botello. Egil Kilberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jiang Sha in the 90th minute of the match. After 91 minutes Original Sabahan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jiang Sha who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Jiang Sha almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Original Sabahan's Egil Kilberg did a great save. When Celestiales's Florin Simuţ in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Original Sabahan's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Original Sabahan's Osvaldas Maziliauskas got a free kick in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecep Wijaya in the 95th minute of play forced Celestiales's goalkeeper Iker Madrid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celestiales's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
