The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Villa Mitre booed when Vanadio F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorencio Erosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute Generoso Leocadio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Argoitz Bustelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Montrell Sojo got free with Blas Seber in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Blas Seber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorencio Erosa in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Santin came free, but Blas Seber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Eden Hazar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Blas Seber. That made the score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. Eden Hazar hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Blas Seber was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Lorencio Erosa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lorencio Erosa really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Blas Seber made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Jakobe Castañeda sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th minute, Eden Hazar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Blas Seber. The goal made the score 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Rameriz Cando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vanadio F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Rameriz Cando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blas Seber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st match minute, Vanadio F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eden Hazar to maneuver through the defense. Jakobe Castañeda came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Blas Seber could save by the left post.

The wind increased when Eden Hazar made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Villa Mitre defense, Eden Hazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Blas Seber. The Villa Mitre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Blas Seber should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Villa Mitre getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Americo Eli hit a great ball. Villa Mitre's Blas Seber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Santin in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, Villa Mitre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guido Mitxaut to maneuver through the defense. Blas Seber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eden Hazar in the 68th minute of play. Blas Seber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Montrell Sojo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorencio Erosa kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After 76 minutes of play, Vanadio F.C.'s Eden Hazar made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Blas Seber was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorencio Erosa in the 79th minute of play forced Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Blas Seber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blas Seber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eden Hazar in the 80th minute of the match. Vanadio F.C.'s Argoitz Bustelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Leocadio in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Xuan Presedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vanadio F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Mitre the free kick. After 86 played minutes Vanadio F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Xuan Presedo. Ishmael Rico hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vanadio F.C.'s goalkeeper Argoitz Bustelo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romano Montoya in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blas Seber prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
