Renato Tapia started the match with the kick off. When Guillermo Marin came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Real Club Celta de Vigo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Marin couldn't finish the play. Pedro Ostargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Tapia in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Renato Tapia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Pedro Ostargi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carlos Annacondia hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renato Tapia in the 14th minute of play forced Mata Tangas de Victoria's goalkeeper Pedro Ostargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rubén Blanco hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Pedro Ostargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Tapia in the 17th minute of the match. The Real Club Celta de Vigo fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Real Club Celta de Vigo's Renato Tapia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 22 minutes of play, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Renato Tapia made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Ostargi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pepe Toxeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenny Van Cruchten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th match minute, Mata Tangas de Victoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenny Van Cruchten to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Ostargi came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Club Celta de Vigo's Renato Tapia. But to his dismay, Renato Tapia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mata Tangas de Victoria's goalkeeper Pedro Ostargi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Ostargi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Renato Tapia's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Real Club Celta de Vigo's Calisto Camacho managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Maximo Uzuri in the 40 minute of the game. In the 41st minute, Ferman Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Renato Tapia scored 0-5 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Ostargi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 48 minutes into the match, Real Club Celta de Vigo's goal looked a bit too open when Kenny Van Cruchten came free, but Pepe Toxeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

After a defensive mix-up in Mata Tangas de Victoria's zone, Renato Tapia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Ostargi came out of the goal and Renato Tapia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Mata Tangas de Victoria's Hugo Jax got a free kick in the 60th minute. If Renato Tapia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oscar Valcarcel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Ostargi having to interfere. In the 65th minute Renato Tapia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Ostargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Renato Tapia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Ostargi. Mata Tangas de Victoria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renato Tapia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Real Club Celta de Vigo's Unai Nuñez was substituted for Cordera Unzueta. If Everardo Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Arias in the 80th minute of play forced Mata Tangas de Victoria's goalkeeper Pedro Ostargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Everardo Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Ostargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Ostargi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Arias in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Hugo Jax hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everardo Arias was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 85th minute. Real Club Celta de Vigo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Everardo Arias in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Ostargi saved Mata Tangas de Victoria from getting behind. In the 88thth minute of the game Everardo Arias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mata Tangas de Victoria's Pedro Ostargi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cruz Astozas made in the 89th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kenny Van Cruchten immediately put the ball in play. 95 minutes into the match, Mata Tangas de Victoria's goalkeeper Pedro Ostargi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Everardo Arias. Real Club Celta de Vigo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
