The ball had pretty good speed, but Fodor Daniel firmly grabbed it by the left post. Aníbal Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 4th minute of play. In the 4th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Aníbal Berger. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 12 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aníbal Berger was left in no man's land by his defense there! Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aníbal Berger. Aníbal Berger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto Nebbia in the 19th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Antal Valentin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aníbal Berger was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Nebbia, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lorenzo Mesanović was slow to take the kick. During this time Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's players had a chance to rest. Aníbal Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 29th minute of play. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Aníbal Berger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. In the 32nd minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Aníbal Berger. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Alberto Nebbia's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aníbal Berger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Major Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Antal Valentin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Aníbal Berger skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 55th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute, Major Barna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Alberto Nebbia came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Balazs Lajos. Balazs Lajos kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Aníbal Berger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Carlos García. But to his dismay, Carlos García quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. 78 minutes into the match, Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's goalkeeper Aníbal Berger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. In the 81st minute Carlos García shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Hungary's Antal Valentin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aníbal Berger. Aníbal Berger yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Baumer in the 87th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Aníbal Berger in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 89th minute. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aníbal Berger quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 91 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hungary played a much better game than Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo and deserved their victory. The Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
