Arne Tönnberg made a great header on Golden Lions FC's corner, it was just that Deportivo ScrugenFC's Jose Boldu managed to reach the ball for a save. Loco Durazno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jose Boldu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. With his leg Jose Boldu managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 30th minute of the match, Marcelo Steven tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jose Boldu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Bjørn Ironside got a free kick in the 39th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loco Durazno got free with Jose Boldu in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Deportivo ScrugenFC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Bjørn Ironside hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Loco Durazno to strike the kick off in the second half. Jose Boldu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loco Durazno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loco Durazno scored 3-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jose Boldu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58thth minute of the game Loco Durazno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo ScrugenFC's Jose Boldu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anders Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Paulo Silveira in the 64th minute of play. Jose Boldu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Loco Durazno went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Jose Boldu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loco Durazno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76thth minute of the game Loco Durazno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo ScrugenFC's Jose Boldu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Loco Durazno might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jose Boldu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Loco Durazno ran back to his position shaking his head. Jose Boldu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loco Durazno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Junior Busquets got a free kick in the 79th minute. After 80 played minutes Deportivo ScrugenFC got a freekick which was hit by Junior Busquets. The supporters of Golden Lions FC booed when Deportivo ScrugenFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leobardo Padierna didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Deportivo ScrugenFC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Leobardo Padierna hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Deportivo ScrugenFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Golden Lions FC.
