After 15 played minutes Lengua de Lobo got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Felipo. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Baldwin in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Major Barna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antal Valentin in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Patxi saved Lengua de Lobo from getting behind. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Lengua de Lobo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. Major Barna kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tristan Baldwin in the 30th minute of play. In the 40th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Patxi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Felipo in the 43rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patryk Dubilas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. Blas Herauso charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blas Herauso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes Lengua de Lobo got a freekick which was hit by Blas Herauso. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Patxi having to interfere. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Felipo, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Major Barna notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lengua de Lobo's Edgardo Patxi. Edgardo Patxi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 62ndth minute of the game Tristan Baldwin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edgardo Patxi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 69th minute of the match. If Patryk Dubilas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 77 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Takacs Tibor. In the 78th minute, Takacs Tibor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Felipo in the 81st minute of play. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patryk Dubilas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Tristan Baldwin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tristan Baldwin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
