Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Fierce's Clovis Lenoble started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Erik Jilek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Czech Republic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Jilek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabrice Lepetit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Jilek, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 14th minute, one of Czech Republic:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Czech Republic. Vavrinec Holub had in the 16thth minute some difficulties stopping Charlie Salvan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Alan Rezek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czech Republic's supporters rose to their feet, but Alan Rezek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabrice Lepetit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrea Bocelli in the 27th minute of play. Bohumir Kohout kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Alexandre Bertholet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabrice Lepetit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Dostal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vavrinec Holub made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Clovis Lenoble sent off a good shot on target.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denis Dostal to make the kick off. Vavrinec Holub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre-Loup Grandgirard in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Denis Dostal hit a great ball. When Fierce's Clovis Lenoble in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrea Bocelli in the 63rd minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vavrinec Holub didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clovis Lenoble went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. When Denis Dostal came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Czech Republic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Dostal couldn't finish the play. Alan Rezek's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fabrice Lepetit firmly grabbed it by the left post. 79 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Clovis Lenoble came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pierre-Loup Grandgirard took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Fierce made a substitution. Alvaro De Pedro replaced Alexandre Bertholet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clovis Lenoble in the 88th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fierce's goalkeeper Fabrice Lepetit, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Fierce's Clovis Lenoble in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
