Bastioes EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Haydar Taci in the 8th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Mustafa Haydar Taci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Mustafa Haydar Taci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Hungary's Balazs Lajos in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bastioes EC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 25th minute of play forced Bastioes EC's goalkeeper Igor Marinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute, Mustafa Haydar Taci left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bastioes EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Bastioes EC's Igor Marinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Igor Marinho in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Marinho having to interfere. Célio Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Célio Nogueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. In the 41st minute of the match, Adalberto Figueiredo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fodor Daniel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Adalberto Figueiredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

In the 55th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Bastioes EC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Vörös Henrik got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Igor Marinho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 57th match minute, Bastioes EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Arantes to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Balazs Lajos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute Mustafa Haydar Taci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Haydar Taci came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Bastioes EC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Igor Marinho quite easily take care of the ball. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Célio Nogueira in the 72nd minute of play. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adalberto Figueiredo's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Igor Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 77th minute of play. Katona Janos hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. When Rodrigo Paiva fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bastioes EC's protests and gave Rodrigo Paiva a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute, Rodrigo Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Bastioes EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
