Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Laranjense defense, Yves Dervaux kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Palmiro Gueifão. The Laranjense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Palmiro Gueifão should have stopped the shot. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Palmiro Gueifão having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Milosz Juszkowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Casper Claes. That made the score 1-1 in the 7 minute of play. Milosz Juszkowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milosz Juszkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After a rather tough play, Laranjense's Pang Chao Jun got a free kick in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Peio in the 32nd minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Palmiro Gueifão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Vanderstraeten's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 34thth minute of the game Edward Vanderstraeten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laranjense's Palmiro Gueifão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Laranjense's Leon Peio in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belgium's goalie prevented a goal. In the 40th minute, Lenílson Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute of the match Laranjense got a corner. Belgium's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfredinho Cabral ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 46 played minutes Laranjense got a freekick which was hit by Leon Peio. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leon Peio to strike the kick off in the second half. Belgium's attentive Sander Dermaut managed to snatch the ball when Lenílson Motta made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. Casper Claes came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Laranjense's Milosz Juszkowski. But to his dismay, Milosz Juszkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leon Peio in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. After 60 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Lenny Clocheret. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Palmiro Gueifão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Palmiro Gueifão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 64th minute. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Juszkowski in the 67th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Laranjense's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Palmiro Gueifão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Belgium's zone, Leon Peio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Claes came out of the goal and Leon Peio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Milosz Juszkowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute Milosz Juszkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Palmiro Gueifão was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Milosz Juszkowski struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Casper Claes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laranjense. Milosz Juszkowski scored 3-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casper Claes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edward Vanderstraeten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Palmiro Gueifão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edward Vanderstraeten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
