Edward Vanderstraeten scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Palmiro Gueifão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Casper Claes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Milosz Juszkowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 19 minute of play. Belgium's Sander Dermaut quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Pang Chao Jun, made in the 21st minute of the game.
