Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Xaime Hinojosa kicked off to start the match. Denis Dostal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jere Klein read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when Spartans FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Raab didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haroldo Redole kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Spartans FC's zone, Erik Jilek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jere Klein came out of the goal and Erik Jilek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Denis Dostal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Daniel Vitek hit a great ball. After 19 minutes, Daniel Vitek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Czech Republic and the Spartans FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Aldo Quilempan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Denis Dostal got a free kick in the 21st minute. Daniel Vitek was shown his second yellow card after 23 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Aldo Quilempan, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 27 minutes, Haroldo Redole mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spartans FC and the Czech Republic players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th minute, Haroldo Redole hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leandro Gundelach during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Spartans FC got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Gundelach. Alan Rezek might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jere Klein. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alan Rezek ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Adriano Sierralta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Adriano Sierralta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd match minute, Spartans FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Beitia to maneuver through the defense. Alan Rezek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jere Klein having to interfere.
The wind increased when Denis Dostal made the kick off in the second half. If Adriano Sierralta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Denis Dostal made a precise shot to the right of Jere Klein. Spartans FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Vicente Waddington had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Spartans FC's Haroldo Redole got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Alan Rezek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jere Klein having to interfere. Adriano Sierralta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Dalimil Charvat got a free kick in the 77th minute. Filiberto Raab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Denis Dostal hit a great ball. In the 96th minute Adriano Sierralta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Czech Republic were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Spartans FC's much stronger midfield.
