Benedito das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Jilek in the 3rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Jilek in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benedito das Neves saved Se7e from getting behind. 12 minutes into the game, Dalimil Charvat threw the ball into play from the sideline. Se7e's Guto Pinheiro quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Bohumir Kohout made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Se7e's Décio Bezerra. Se7e's attentive Guto Pinheiro managed to snatch the ball when Dalimil Charvat made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. The throw-in from Svatopluk Capek in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Se7e's Décio Bezerra. Svatopluk Capek got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Denis Dostal. After a defensive mix-up in Se7e's zone, Alan Rezek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedito das Neves came out of the goal and Alan Rezek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alan Rezek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Erik Jilek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedito das Neves was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Alan Rezek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedito das Neves having to interfere. Se7e's Guto Pinheiro managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dalimil Charvat in the 35 minute of the game. The throw-in from Bohumir Kohout in the 38th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Se7e's Décio Bezerra. 39 minutes into the game, Bohumir Kohout threw the ball into play from the sideline. Se7e's Décio Bezerra quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Se7e's attentive Décio Bezerra managed to snatch the ball when Svatopluk Capek made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. Lino Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 45th minute Erik Jilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedito das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When David Rusil came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Czech Republic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Rusil couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Jilek to make the kick off. Se7e's Décio Bezerra managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Svatopluk Capek in the 52 minute of the game. Svatopluk Capek made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Se7e's Décio Bezerra. In the 57th minute Décio Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Se7e's Lino Andrade nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vavrinec Holub made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Se7e's attentive Décio Bezerra managed to snatch the ball when Svatopluk Capek made a throw-in in the 69th minute of the game. Svatopluk Capek made in the 70th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which David Rusil however managed to control. Gilmar Gerber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 84 minutes, Erik Jilek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Czech Republic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Jilek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Denis Dostal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Svatopluk Capek in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Se7e's Décio Bezerra. Se7e's Guto Pinheiro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dalimil Charvat, made in the 92nd minute of the game. Dalimil Charvat made in the 93rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and David Rusil immediately put the ball in play. Se7e were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Czech Republic to leave the ground with a draw.
