LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Cosimo Mascia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 14th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Noureddine Sanchis could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Wilson Amorim however easily saved by the left post. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clovis Hénot in the 19th minute of play. Portugal's Viriato Moura got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcel Méjean kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Noureddine Sanchis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noureddine Sanchis in the 28th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noureddine Sanchis might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 47th minute, one of LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Noureddine Sanchis made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Barreto got free with Cosimo Mascia in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Felipe Barreto in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cosimo Mascia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cosimo Mascia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Caetano Moreira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 82 minute of play. LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO made a substitution. Haakon Taankvist replaced Guntademaro Pena. Cosimo Mascia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Caetano Moreira went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Karl Souvignet was substituted for Níels Skakkebæk. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Noureddine Sanchis's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Cosimo Mascia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Caetano Moreira in the 95th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
