Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hauk Hareide got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Almeida to maneuver through the defense. 3 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hauk Hareide. Cristobal Goito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Moreira in the 9th minute of the match. Felipe Barreto struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Cristobal Goito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal. If Viriato Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 13 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Cristobal Goito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 14 in the game by Hauk Hareide from a close distance when the talented Wilson Amorim managed to make a qualified save. Portugal's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hauk Hareide got free with Wilson Amorim in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Åke Odin kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Hauk Hareide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Portugal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Hauk Hareide scored to the left of an out of position Wilson Amorim, making the score, 2-0. 38 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hauk Hareide. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 40th minute of play forced Carabata Groove's goalkeeper Cristobal Goito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hauk Hareide in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Carabata Groove's Tomasz Hoffman got a free kick in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Carabata Groove made a substitution. Petyo Brusarski replaced Hermengildo Bazkoare. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viriato Moura to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goalkeeper Cristobal Goito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Barreto. Bruno Bastos hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Felix Musko took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wilson Amorim. Portugal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 56th minute Ulises Ipar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Barreto got free with Cristobal Goito in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th minute of the match Portugal got a corner. Carabata Groove's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felipe Barreto ran over to the corner to take the kick. Faustino Almeida made a great header on Portugal's corner, it was just that Carabata Groove's Cristobal Goito managed to reach the ball for a save. Faustino Almeida had several of the Carabata Groove's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 66 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Cristobal Goito as he didn't even see the shot coming. With an all-out effort, Portugal's Cristobal Goito threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Viriato Moura, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Viriato Moura scored 2-3 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristobal Goito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. When Beto Marcico came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Carabata Groove fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beto Marcico couldn't finish the play. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petyo Brusarski, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Bartolomeu Dias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Cristobal Goito made a huge save. Ulises Ipar took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Ipar in the 87th minute of play. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Carabata Groove's Ulises Ipar. But to his dismay, Ulises Ipar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Cristobal Goito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 95th minute of play. Bartolomeu Dias scored 4-4 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristobal Goito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
