Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claudiu Niculescu took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Claudiu Niculescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. The supporters of Chimborazo A.F.C booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute, Claudiu Niculescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Ever Ludueña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudiu Niculescu's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. Frank Sachs made a great header on Germany's corner, it was just that Chimborazo A.F.C's Jeremias Ledesma managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulrich Stein in the 17th minute of play forced Chimborazo A.F.C's goalkeeper Jeremias Ledesma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claudiu Niculescu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 21st minute. Chimborazo A.F.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Claudiu Niculescu came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Chimborazo A.F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudiu Niculescu couldn't finish the play. Albin Holweck's late challenge caught a Chimborazo A.F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albin Holweck helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th minute, Frank Sachs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremias Ledesma was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After a rather tough play, Chimborazo A.F.C's Ernesto Pacifico got a free kick in the 41st minute. Germany's attentive Janik Vogt managed to snatch the ball when Esteve Urtungo made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudiu Niculescu in the 50th minute of play. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ernesto Pacifico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 67 minutes, Esteve Urtungo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chimborazo A.F.C and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Chimborazo A.F.C getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Esteve Urtungo hit a great ball. Janik Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute of the match Florentino Nabar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Chimborazo A.F.C booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Mergenthaler didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Germany's Albin Holweck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Ledesma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Niculescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudiu Niculescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Kahn having to make a save. 86 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Bizi came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Nabar in the 87th minute of play. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Jeremias Ledesma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Chimborazo A.F.C's Florentino Nabar tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
