Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ahmet Refik Mengüç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Dostal in the 5th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Denizli United got a freekick which was hit by Zülfü İrfan. Czech Republic's Erik Jilek got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Denizli United's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Rezek came free, but Ahmet Refik Mengüç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 played minutes Denizli United got a freekick which was hit by Ali Orhan Satıkbuğra. Alan Rezek took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ahmet Refik Mengüç. Ahmet Refik Mengüç dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Denizli United getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Ali Orhan Satıkbuğra hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Denis Dostal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czech Republic's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Dostal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Refik Mengüç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vavrinec Holub made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Turabi Özver sent off a good shot on target. Denizli United were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Czech Republic's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ali Orhan Satıkbuğra took the corner. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Kvetoslav Janku hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Ali Orhan Satıkbuğra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Ali Orhan Satıkbuğra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Turabi Özver got free with Vavrinec Holub in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute, Namık Kemal Taylan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vavrinec Holub. The goal made the score 1-1. Turabi Özver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Turabi Özver was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Dostal in the 54th minute of play forced Denizli United's goalkeeper Ahmet Refik Mengüç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Refik Mengüç was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Denis Dostal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Denis Dostal really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Turabi Özver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Czech Republic's Denis Dostal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ahmet Refik Mengüç. That made the score 1-3 after 68 minutes of play. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turabi Özver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Czech Republic defense, Turabi Özver kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. Kvetoslav Janku kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Turabi Özver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denizli United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Turabi Özver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Kvetoslav Janku fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Czech Republic's protests and gave Kvetoslav Janku a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Denizli United booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kvetoslav Janku didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Kvetoslav Janku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Namık Kemal Taylan came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Denizli United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Namık Kemal Taylan couldn't finish the play. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Namık Kemal Taylan in the 91st minute of play. Denizli United were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
