Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julian Efraim got the match started through his kick off. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Xencio Millan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Xencio Millan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Julian Efraim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Xencio Millan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Hegedus Henrik got a free kick in the 21st minute. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Augusto Santio sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Efraim came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Cardiff City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Balazs Lajos came free, but Xencio Millan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xencio Millan having to interfere. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Cardiff City FC booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boros Benedek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 41 minutes, Everardo Joey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cardiff City FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everardo Joey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 minutes, Jairo Ler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cardiff City FC and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hungary booed when Cardiff City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Ler didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xencio Millan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 53 minutes into the match, Cardiff City FC's goalkeeper Xencio Millan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Balazs Lajos. After a rather tough play, Cardiff City FC's Jairo Ler got a free kick in the 58th minute. Bakos Endre kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Julian Efraim might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fodor Daniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julian Efraim ran back to his position shaking his head. Cardiff City FC's Ovidiu Radovan was substituted for Nunez Larra. In the 74th minute of the match Cardiff City FC got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Everardo Joey ran over to the corner to take the kick. Xencio Millan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Hungary booed when Cardiff City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Ler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Efraim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Balazs Lajos got free with Xencio Millan in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute, Julian Efraim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hungary's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Cardiff City FC had won, even though Hungary had held more of the ball.
