Adolfo Lon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus Martinelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Clube Audax Metropolitano's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Urdaspal came free, but Fernando Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Clube Audax Metropolitano's Adolfo Lon threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Barney Thomson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Matheus Martinelli's late challenge caught a Piernas Locas Crane FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matheus Martinelli helped the player get up and apologised. In the 48th minute, Matheus Martinelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Urdaspal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
