In the 21st minute Ekber Merdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarcísio Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vintilă Murgu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chupan Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 minutes of play, The Huns's Ekber Merdan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tarcísio Coelho was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Huns's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Chupan Lopez scored to the left of an out of position Vintilă Murgu, making the score, 1-1. Chupan Lopez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Vintilă Murgu made a huge save. In the 40th minute, Ekber Merdan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tarcísio Coelho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 42nd match minute, The Huns was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miroslaw Pazura to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Chupan Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot. OMNI Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Chupan Lopez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vintilă Murgu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the match, OMNI Club's goal looked a bit too open when Ekber Merdan came free, but Tarcísio Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ekber Merdan to make the kick off. When Ekber Merdan came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the The Huns fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ekber Merdan couldn't finish the play. Tarcísio Coelho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ekber Merdan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 54 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ekber Merdan in the 56th minute of play forced OMNI Club's goalkeeper Tarcísio Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Piro Lito made in the 77th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by The Huns's Andre Huyterhoeven. 82 minutes into the match, The Huns's Ekber Merdan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tarcísio Coelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 84 minutes OMNI Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andre Huyterhoeven who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Miroslaw Pazura got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tarcísio Coelho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ekber Merdan got free with Tarcísio Coelho in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 89 played minutes OMNI Club got a freekick which was hit by César Prats. A hard shot 90 in the game by Ekber Merdan from a close distance when the talented Tarcísio Coelho managed to make a qualified save. OMNI Club's players were relieved. Radu Chesaru hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Pedro Luz put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Vintilă Murgu. The The Huns supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing The Huns would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
