Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Sandro Galishoff started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Mino couldn't finish the play. Fabio Auer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Kusko in the 21st minute of play. Sandro Galishoff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mano Dios having to interfere. Fabio Schneider's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mano Dios read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Mano Dios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Nalder in the 38th minute of play. Fabio Auer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Goren, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 51st minute, Emilio Bikendi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Auer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0.
