Pucará de Tilcara

Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frank Peletier kicked off to start the match. Maxime Durand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Dorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6thth minute of the game Pedro Dorio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pucará's zone, Frank Peletier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Morales came out of the goal and Frank Peletier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lautaro Morales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camille Baume in the 14th minute of the match. Pepe Sand's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Maxime Durand skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 26 minutes into the game, Quentin Beaux was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. France's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pucará the free kick. After a rather tough play, France's Quentin Beaux got a free kick in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Frank Peletier managed to get in a good position for a shot. France's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Peletier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Morales breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lautaro Morales came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by France's Frank Peletier. But to his dismay, Frank Peletier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Pepe Sand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxime Durand having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Maxime Durand successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A hard shot 40 in the game by Pepe Sand from a close distance when the talented Maxime Durand managed to make a qualified save. France's players were relieved. Quentin Beaux hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Peletier in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Morales saved Pucará from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pepe Sand stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Frank Peletier came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the France fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Peletier couldn't finish the play. Faustino Sayveon's late challenge caught a France's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Faustino Sayveon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Pucará was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Sayveon to maneuver through the defense. After 65th play minutes Pepe Sand shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Maxime Durand and just under the crossbar into goal. Pucará made a substitution. Godofredo Lauaxeta replaced Ariel Rafe. Pepe Sand blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maxime Durand having to make a save. The supporters of Pucará booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quentin Beaux didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pucará made a substitution. Dario Artizar replaced Pepe Sand. In the 73rd match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Beaux to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, Pucará's goalkeeper Lautaro Morales had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Chapuis. Benedicto Caitano kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. The long shot by David Barbier in the 82nd minute really tested Lautaro Morales's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The France fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when France's Frank Peletier looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dario Artizar in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 90 minutes into the match, Pucará's goal looked a bit too open when David Barbier came free, but Lautaro Morales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Morales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Barbier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the France players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pucará.
