Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Gaueko Nanclares tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute, Germany's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gaueko Nanclares fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Germany booed when Momentum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Gomez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Beat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 16th minute of the match. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Janik Vogt charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Janik Vogt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 28th minute Momentum FC were awarded a corner. Gaueko Nanclares went to the cornerflag to take it. Gaueko Nanclares made a great header on Momentum FC's corner, it was just that Germany's Tommy Kahn managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaueko Nanclares in the 33rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Gaueko Nanclares dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaueko Nanclares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 59 minutes, Frank Sachs mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the Momentum FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Momentum FC booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willy Stieler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurelio Venerando hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Momentum FC's Silvano Gentza was substituted for Daniel Galeano. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Beat having to make a save. With a little luck, Momentum FC's Felix Beat got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rdth minute of the game Gaueko Nanclares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Momentum FC's Carlos Auzqui was substituted for Gaueko Nanclares. In the 88th minute of the match Momentum FC got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Silvano Gentza ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Germany's goalie and right to Esteban Aguirre. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Germany's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Aurelio Venerando's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurelio Venerando helped the player get up and apologised. Momentum FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
