Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aloísio Perez having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. Aloísio Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
