Daniel Pimentel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dedé Dionísio having to interfere. Ricardinho Alvarenga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilson Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Ricardinho Alvarenga slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. In the 9th match minute, HollywooDogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeno Pfützner to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute of the match Felipe Barreto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dedé Dionísio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dedé Dionísio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Dedé Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Rodolfo Miranda in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by HollywooDogs's Ronaldinho Lago. If Ricardinho Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ricardinho Alvarenga got free with Wilson Amorim in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, HollywooDogs's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Dedé Dionísio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Viriato Moura notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of HollywooDogs's Dedé Dionísio. Dedé Dionísio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 25 minutes into the match, HollywooDogs's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Dedé Dionísio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Mazza was slow to take the kick. During this time HollywooDogs's players had a chance to rest. Dedé Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 33rd minute of the match. Ricardinho Alvarenga might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardinho Alvarenga ran back to his position shaking his head. Viriato Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Dedé Dionísio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricardinho Alvarenga made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, HollywooDogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldinho Lago to maneuver through the defense. After 53 played minutes, Portugal's Felipe Barreto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dedé Dionísio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Portugal reached it. After 57 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Andrade. After 58 played minutes HollywooDogs got a freekick which was hit by Renzo Ingelborgs. Douglas de Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After 63 played minutes HollywooDogs got a freekick which was hit by Adhemar Lira. Ricardinho Alvarenga scored 2-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. HollywooDogs made a substitution. Fabio Weidt replaced Adhemar Lira. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. In the 71stth minute of the game Bartolomeu Dias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HollywooDogs's Dedé Dionísio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Portugal's Graciano Coutinho was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dedé Dionísio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Felipinho Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Dedé Dionísio made a huge save. Dedé Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Felipinho Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Portugal's Dedé Dionísio threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bartolomeu Dias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Douglas de Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot. HollywooDogs's supporters rose to their feet, but Douglas de Mendonça was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. HollywooDogs's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
