Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Pégasus F. C.'s Lu Xing Song started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto Soeiro got free with Wilson Amorim in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodolfo Miranda hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lu Xing Song in the 11th minute of play. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lu Xing Song in the 12th minute. The supporters of Pégasus F. C. booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caetano Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Pégasus F. C.'s Lu Xing Song sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Viriato Moura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Umberto Cunha was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Lu Xing Song scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Umberto Cunha came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal's Felipe Barreto. But to his dismay, Felipe Barreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lu Xing Song, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Rodolfo Miranda was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 37 minutes into the match. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Portugal! The referee gave Pégasus F. C. a penalty, 38 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lu Xing Song, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. 3-1. Umberto Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Caetano Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
The wind increased when Viriato Moura made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Pégasus F. C.'s Paulo José Barral got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Viriato Moura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Umberto Cunha successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the last second Umberto Cunha throw himself and got hold of the ball when Viriato Moura in the 55thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Umberto Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Umberto Cunha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viriato Moura went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xande Sharkin in the 61st minute of play. Fabricio Andrade blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Umberto Cunha having to make a save. Pégasus F. C.'s Dwight Schrute was substituted for Gilberto Soeiro. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Umberto Cunha successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Qiao Ang Le went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Lu Xing Song kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. Umberto Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 79th minute of the match. Pégasus F. C.'s Umberto Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 81st minute of play. Umberto Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qiao Ang Le in the 86th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jones Cudmore charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jones Cudmore the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jones Cudmore hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Bartolomeu Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xande Sharkin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wilson Amorim. Portugal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pégasus F. C.'s goalkeeper Umberto Cunha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pégasus F. C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
