In the 7th minute Batu Cem Topay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jano França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Zubizarreta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Quintan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Batu Cem Topay scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jano França, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carmine Oddi got the audience’s attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 16th minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. Jano França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batu Cem Topay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Alfredinho Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Letal's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredinho Sena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After 29 played minutes, Patadura FC's Renato Mattei shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abelardo Zubizarreta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Patadura FC reached it. In the 31st minute, Cristian Quintan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32ndth minute of the game Batu Cem Topay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Patadura FC's Jano França was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Batu Cem Topay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmine Oddi in the 35th minute of play forced Atlético Letal's goalkeeper Abelardo Zubizarreta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Atlético Letal's Abelardo Zubizarreta got control of the ball when Cristian Quintan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner led Atlético Letal's Dursun Ali Mehmet to fire away a dangerous shot which Jano França despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Chicão de Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Atlético Letal were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pong Kula made a kick off. Jano França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pong Kula in the 56th minute of the match. Abelardo Zubizarreta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Quintan in the 58th minute of the match. Abelardo Zubizarreta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmine Oddi in the 60th minute of play. Patadura FC's Jano França played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pong Kula in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to Patadura FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Dalmacio Taurino hit a great ball. In the 63rd match minute, Patadura FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panos Stavrelis to maneuver through the defense. Abelardo Zubizarreta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Quintan in the 65th minute of play. Abelardo Zubizarreta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Mattei in the 67th minute of the match. Jano França showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pong Kula, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the match, Atlético Letal's goal looked a bit too open when Carmine Oddi came free, but Abelardo Zubizarreta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Atlético Letal's Pong Kula in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Patadura FC's goalie prevented a goal. After taking down the ball on Atlético Letal's corner Dursun Ali Mehmet fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jano França quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmine Oddi in the 83rd minute of play forced Atlético Letal's goalkeeper Abelardo Zubizarreta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jano França made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pong Kula in the 85th minute of play. After 86 minutes Patadura FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dursun Ali Mehmet who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Dursun Ali Mehmet got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jano França quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dalmacio Taurino charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmacio Taurino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd match minute, Patadura FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Taurino to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Patadura FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Silvano Panpili hit a great ball. In the 95th minute of the match Dursun Ali Mehmet shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jano França showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The Patadura FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Atlético Letal to win.
