He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Tommy Kahn. If Nico Cardozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th minute Nico Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Nico Cardozo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Star Red Brasil - DMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nico Cardozo made a kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Star Red Brasil - DMZ's Nico Cardozo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico Cardozo in the 61st minute of play. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nico Cardozo in the 62nd minute of the match.
