With a little luck, Guns And Roses's Eustacio Misael got control of the ball when Sebastian Käller tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eustacio Misael made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Zhuo Ke Le sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute of the match, Sebastian Käller tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eustacio Misael saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Guns And Roses booed when Kind of Blue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tonhão Rodrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Alfonso Gilabert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Guns And Roses made a substitution. Jesús Salvador replaced Alfonso Gilabert. Eustacio Misael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Käller in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kind of Blue's Epifanio Aznar got a free kick in the 59th minute. Wilhelm Galle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Tidéksson in the 61st minute of play. Guns And Roses:s Eustacio Misael showed great skill when he stopped Sebastian Käller:s penalty. Eustacio Misael came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller. But to his dismay, Sebastian Käller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Käller's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eustacio Misael was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Östen Högman in the 91st minute of play forced Guns And Roses's goalkeeper Eustacio Misael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 minutes Guns And Roses's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joacim Hansson who took care of the corner kick.
