Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hulk Fenomeno started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, BRASIL.Sp's Dorival de Queirós got a free kick in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in BRASIL.Sp's zone, Romeo Farias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramón Neto came out of the goal and Romeo Farias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dorival de Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Romeo Farias was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 13th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 15 minutes into the game, Dida Mesquita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Omar Duardo. Dida Mesquita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 32 minutes into the match, Akiba Teben dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Omar Duardo, 2-0. BRASIL.Sp's Aírton Mesquita quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Maurinho Arruda, made in the 38th minute of the game. With a little luck, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Omar Duardo got control of the ball when Dida Mesquita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Omar Duardo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Akiba Teben showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 40 minute of play. In the 44th minute, BRASIL.Sp's Dida Mesquita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. BRASIL.Sp's Luís Gustavo Bezerra was substituted for Dalmo de Barros. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 50th minute, Luís Gustavo Bezerra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BRASIL.Sp fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 54th match minute, BRASIL.Sp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerônimo Gomes to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Genko Balevski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramón Neto was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 60th minute Luís Gustavo Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Duardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goal looked a bit too open when Dida Mesquita came free, but Omar Duardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BRASIL.Sp made a substitution. Cido Maraschin replaced Dida Mesquita. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Wágner Breckenfeld quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aírton Mesquita, made in the 67th minute of the game. 71 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goal looked a bit too open when Cido Maraschin came free, but Omar Duardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Zeledon Soter got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Omar Duardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akiba Teben in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute of the match, Wágner Breckenfeld got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ramón Neto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of BRASIL.Sp booed when CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mazinho Albuquerque didn't get a good kick on the ball. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Omar Duardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Roberto Orange in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Gustavo Bezerra came free, but Omar Duardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in BRASIL.Sp's zone, Genko Balevski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramón Neto came out of the goal and Genko Balevski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, BRASIL.Sp's Ramón Neto got control of the ball when Edmundo Valle tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Hulk Fenomeno managed to get in a good position for a shot. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's supporters rose to their feet, but Hulk Fenomeno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramón Neto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because BRASIL.Sp had won, even though CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA had held more of the ball.
