The supporters of ＤＥＴＲＯＩＴ booed when Serbia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rasko Nestorovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, ＤＥＴＲＯＩＴ's Gökcan Enginalp ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. If Borjan Golubovic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aytek Titiz in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Kemal Oğuzbala in the 31st minute of play forced Serbia's goalkeeper Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes in the game Aybars Toydemir did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Aytek Titiz. In the 35th minute Vladeta Jovic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atalay Akel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serbia's Borjan Golubovic quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aybars Toydemir, made in the 39th minute of the game. Drasko Rajkovic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atalay Akel having to interfere. Aybars Toydemir made in the 45th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mustafa Kemal Oğuzbala immediately put the ball in play. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Gökcan Enginalp took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to make any attempt to save it.

In the 54th minute, Sreten Popovic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erol Saip scored 3-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökcan Enginalp in the 61st minute of play. Gökcan Enginalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute Erol Saip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Serbia defense, Emre Kalagay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. The Serbia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zvezdan Nedeljkovic should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erol Saip in the 87th minute of play forced Serbia's goalkeeper Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Mustafa Kemal Oğuzbala made a precise shot to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Serbia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. A collision led to Serbia getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Sreten Popovic hit a great ball. Erol Saip struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ＤＥＴＲＯＩＴ. In the 95th minute, Aytek Titiz made a precise shot to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Serbia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erol Saip went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ＤＥＴＲＯＩＴ had played much better football throughout.
