An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Holweck in the 3rd minute of play forced ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s goalkeeper José Paulo Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Germany booed when ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanislaw Burowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mirel Kuli got free with Tommy Kahn in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Mirel Kuli capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mirel Kuli really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Diego Baptista took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s Ryszard Dudzik shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 32nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tommy Kahn but with some difficulty. Chris Mergenthaler made in the 39th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Frank Sachs immediately put the ball in play. Mirel Kuli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albin Holweck kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Mirel Kuli made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Mirel Kuli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mirel Kuli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Stanislaw Burowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stanislaw Burowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. If Mirel Kuli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Mirel Kuli sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ made a substitution. Manuel Negri replaced Mirel Kuli. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s Luiz Paulo Dionísio was substituted for Diego Baptista. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ made a substitution. Agnaldo Araújo replaced Stanislaw Burowski.
