In the 12th minute, Gremio NG's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tiaguinho Alagoano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 23rd minute of the match, Pedrão Pereira got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fábio Pinheiro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tiaguinho Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gremio NG's Fábio Pinheiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Gremio NG from getting a goal against them. Umberto do Valle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fábio Pinheiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Pedrão Pereira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Gremio NG getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Dino do Vale hit a great ball. Pedrão Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fábio Pinheiro having to interfere. Umberto do Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gremio NG's zone, Pedrão Pereira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fábio Pinheiro came out of the goal and Pedrão Pereira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Landulfos FC's Pedrão Pereira got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 67 minutes, Dino do Vale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gremio NG and the Landulfos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dino do Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Pedrão Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. Fábio Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrea Napoleone, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Andrea Napoleone made a precise shot to the right of Fábio Pinheiro. Gremio NG's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Landulfos FC fully deserved thier win.
