Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) 3 minutes into the game, Imed Akid was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Symba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. Imed Akid kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Gus Wootton tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute, Malte Schiele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomás San Juan missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 13 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Tommy Kahn right hand side. 17 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gus Wootton. The throw-in from Mondher Ghodbane in the 25th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Germany's Janik Vogt. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Gus Wootton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Symba's supporters rose to their feet, but Gus Wootton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gus Wootton came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tommy Kahn could save by the left post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Symba's Sílvio Veiga was substituted for Khaled Chérif. The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Symba got a freekick which was hit by Hatem Ben Amor. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Veiga in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute Symba were awarded a corner. Tomás San Juan went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Symba's corner Tomás San Juan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tommy Kahn quite easily take care of the ball. Symba's Tomás San Juan got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gus Wootton, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When Adrian Dreifuss fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Adrian Dreifuss a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Symba booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Garry Mann lost his temper 70 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Symba fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! Anis Achour had in the 72ndth minute some difficulties stopping Frank Sachs's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Frank Sachs did an outstanding performance 73 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-1 to the right of an irritated Anis Achour in the goal. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Sílvio Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 minutes of play Germany's Adrian Dreifuss was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Symba booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás San Juan hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Sílvio Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Symba's Sílvio Veiga got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Symba's Tomás San Juan got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Ulrich Stein in the 90th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Symba's Hatem Ben Amor. 92 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Veiga came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Symba manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Germany to win.
