Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Alessandro Sarmento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Alessandro Sarmento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernd Goldsche in the 5th minute. Rafa Breckenfeld hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After 10 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Albin Holweck. 12 minutes in the game, Bernd Goldsche fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Passa o Tanque MZ's Roque Oliveiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tommy Kahn. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cafu Xavier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roque Oliveiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Sachs in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cafu Xavier saved Passa o Tanque MZ from getting behind. Ulisses Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Bernd Goldsche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafa Breckenfeld made in the 33rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alessandro Sarmento immediately put the ball in play. When Germany's Chris Mergenthaler in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Passa o Tanque MZ's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernd Goldsche in the 37th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Bernd Goldsche got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Roque Oliveiro made the kick off in the second half. Roque Oliveiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Roque Oliveiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Roque Oliveiro came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Passa o Tanque MZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Oliveiro couldn't finish the play. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernd Goldsche in the 61st minute of play. Rafa Breckenfeld got a throw-in 63 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Dedê Koehler. Cafu Xavier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Sachs in the 67th minute. In the 67th minute, Dedê Koehler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernd Goldsche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75 minutes, Ulisses Valle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Passa o Tanque MZ and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Passa o Tanque MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulisses Valle to maneuver through the defense. Passa o Tanque MZ were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roque Oliveiro took the corner. The corner ended in Roque Oliveiro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Germany's Tommy Kahn did a great save. The supporters of Passa o Tanque MZ booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 89 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. Roque Oliveiro missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 91 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Tommy Kahn right hand side. Passa o Tanque MZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
