In the 3rd match minute, Zlatan BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halit Koralp to maneuver through the defense. After 4 played minutes, Pagos FC's Francisco Montae shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ellis Schenck came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pagos FC reached it. In the 5th minute of the match Pagos FC got a corner. Zlatan BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Francisco Montae ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 6th minute Nuralp Akbal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ellis Schenck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Pagos FC booed when Zlatan BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariusz Kloczko didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Pagos FC's Christos Bartzokas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ellis Schenck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. With a little luck, Zlatan BK's Ellis Schenck got control of the ball when Nuralp Akbal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ellis Schenck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuralp Akbal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25thth minute of the game Ubaldo Padro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pagos FC's Manuel Campens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuralp Akbal in the 27th minute of play forced Zlatan BK's goalkeeper Ellis Schenck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Campens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pan Guo Qian in the 30th minute of play. Ellis Schenck came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Pagos FC's Christos Bartzokas. But to his dismay, Christos Bartzokas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Ubaldo Padro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Campens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Ellis Schenck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuralp Akbal in the 37th minute of play. Manuel Campens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Padro in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Karl-Oskar Kinnman made a precise shot to the right of Manuel Campens. Pagos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Ellis Schenck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuralp Akbal in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute Ubaldo Padro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Campens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pagos FC's Argyris Panteliadis was substituted for Jason Statham. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pagos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Per Hägglund was slow to take the kick. During this time Zlatan BK's players had a chance to rest. Verner Holmstedt made a great header on Zlatan BK's corner, it was just that Pagos FC's Manuel Campens managed to reach the ball for a save. 72 minutes into the match, Pagos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zlatan Speed came free, but Manuel Campens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zlatan Speed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ellis Schenck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuralp Akbal in the 74th minute of play. After 75 played minutes Zlatan BK got a freekick which was hit by Halit Koralp. Zlatan BK's Manfred Eklund managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Maximilian Carlsson in the 95 minute of the game. Neither Pagos FC or Zlatan BK succeeded in finding a winner during the second half. That meant the players faced another 30 minutes of extra-time.

With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Nuralp Akbal in Pagos FC was the one to initiate the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nuralp Akbal in the 102nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ellis Schenck saved Zlatan BK from getting behind. When the referee signaled the end of the first half of extra-time the score was 3-3. The players had a chance to rest for a moment before the second half.

Through an outstanding action, after 121 minutes, Manuel Campens successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ellis Schenck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Montae in the 122nd minute of play. Zlatan BK's Ellis Schenck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionel Mirea in the 124th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ubaldo Padro in the 126th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Campens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manuel Campens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zlatan Speed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ellis Schenck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nuralp Akbal's shot from short distance in the 131st minute. After 132 minutes Zlatan BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Francisco Montae who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Francisco Montae got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ellis Schenck quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 30 minutes of extra-time there was still no winner. The players now faced the much dreaded penalty shoot-out.

In the 135th minute, the referee gave Pagos FC a penalty. Nuralp Akbal looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Ellis Schenck. The goalkeeper, Manuel Campens, was totally fooled by Zlatan BK's Pan Guo Qian, who 136 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Per Hägglund shot a long shot in the 145th minute and a light blocked Manuel Campens hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 6-6. After 148 played minutes Zlatan Back shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Pagos FC's Manuel Campens to catch but Zlatan Back was lucky. It became 6-7 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Zlatan BK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
