Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. One of Costa Pacífico FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Netherlands:s goal. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Bernt Göransson sent off a good shot on target. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Costa Pacífico FC's Mateo Pedraza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 22nd minute of play. Lukas Carsted hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Mateo Pedraza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lars Meesters went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fan Xing Cheng in the 26th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Netherlands's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Omar Castellon was slow to take the kick. During this time Costa Pacífico FC's players had a chance to rest. Mateo Pedraza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 31 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Pacífico FC's Mateo Pedraza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes into the game, Gustaaf Groeneveldt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sentis Ciblis in the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Costa Pacífico FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Netherlands's Lars Meesters to a score. 0-5 in the 44th minute. In the 46th match minute, Costa Pacífico FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sentis Ciblis to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fan Xing Cheng to make the kick off. Fan Xing Cheng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Mateo Pedraza in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Gustaaf Groeneveldt could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Mateo Pedraza however easily saved by the left post. In the 81st minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Pedraza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Bernt Göransson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Costa Pacífico FC's Iván Luis Zamorano was substituted for Fan Xing Cheng. The audience was convinced that Gijsbert ter Kruimer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateo Pedraza was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. After having played for 88 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
