Fernandinho Pombal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arash Tiger's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After some careless play in the Legion of Boom defense, Arash Tiger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernandinho Pombal. The Legion of Boom fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernandinho Pombal should have stopped the shot. Gelmiro Sabina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Chiquinho Vargas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karel Kurka was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Fernandinho Pombal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arash Tiger's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. The C.F PESTUZOS fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when C.F PESTUZOS's Gelmiro Sabina looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 41st minute Chiquinho Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karel Kurka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Legion of Boom were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after C.F PESTUZOS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alessandro Capixaba took the corner. Alessandro Capixaba made a great header on Legion of Boom's corner, it was just that C.F PESTUZOS's Karel Kurka managed to reach the ball for a save. 45 minutes into the match, C.F PESTUZOS's goalkeeper Karel Kurka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renatinho Soeiro. Mariusz Adamczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernandinho Pombal having to interfere. The Legion of Boom players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.F PESTUZOS were winning 0-2.

51 minutes into the game, Arash Tiger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Fernandinho Pombal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 58 minutes into the match, Legion of Boom's goal looked a bit too open when Bashar Khulus came free, but Fernandinho Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to C.F PESTUZOS getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Arash Tiger hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Gelmiro Sabina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Inguma Briso made in the 71st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Bashar Khulus. After 75 played minutes C.F PESTUZOS got a freekick which was hit by Mariusz Adamczak. Bashar Khulus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor March's late challenge caught a Legion of Boom's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor March helped the player get up and apologised. Chiquinho Vargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Karel Kurka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Matias Benedicto managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.F PESTUZOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Matias Benedicto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernandinho Pombal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. C.F PESTUZOS's Gelmiro Sabina got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, C.F PESTUZOS's Bashar Khulus ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fernandinho Pombal. Fernandinho Pombal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. C.F PESTUZOS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
