With a little luck, Preator Edikt's Jim Hellström got control of the ball when Enver Hoxha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alin Feraru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Gunnarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 minutes of play, Preator Edikt's Arne Gunnarsson made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alin Feraru was left in no man's land by his defense there! Torbjörn Nilsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Alin Feraru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Preator Edikt booed when Carp Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florin Tăbăcaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Arne Gunnarsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alin Feraru. Carp Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arne Gunnarsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. When Fellipe Vianna fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Preator Edikt's protests and gave Fellipe Vianna a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Preator Edikt's Fellipe Vianna got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Lars Karlsson kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Enver Hoxha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jim Hellström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolae Zaharia, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Torbjörn Nilsson was the one to do the kick off. Alin Feraru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arne Gunnarsson's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 56th minute, Fellipe Vianna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Preator Edikt's zone, Nichifor Boaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Hellström came out of the goal and Nichifor Boaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Preator Edikt's Jim Hellström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enver Hoxha in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Carp Team's goalkeeper Alin Feraru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Arne Gunnarsson took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Alin Feraru to make any attempt to save it. Arne Gunnarsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alin Feraru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Alin Feraru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Gunnarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Arne Gunnarsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 77th minute Arne Gunnarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Feraru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During the 87th minute of the match Fellipe Vianna completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Fellipe Vianna a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Fellipe Vianna hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute Tiago Vulcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Hellström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jim Hellström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Torbjörn Nilsson struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Alin Feraru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Preator Edikt. Preator Edikt's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
