Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tasso Tegeborg in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Ishmael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Jonathan Jobo fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piernas Locas Crane FC's protests and gave Jonathan Jobo a yellow card for diving instead. Jonathan Jobo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. The supporters of Piernas Locas Crane FC booed when Fors Melodiae Lumen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tasso Tegeborg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Piernas Locas Crane FC's Segundo Ubelteso in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fors Melodiae Lumen's goalie prevented a goal. With his leg Horacio Ishmael managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Fors Melodiae Lumen's Tasso Tegeborg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 19 minutes into the match, Piernas Locas Crane FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Samuelsson came free, but Horacio Ishmael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Jobo in the 21st minute of play forced Fors Melodiae Lumen's goalkeeper Yann Valet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yann Valet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Ubelteso in the 23rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Thierry Bachmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fors Melodiae Lumen's supporters rose to their feet, but Thierry Bachmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horacio Ishmael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raphael Allmen kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Fors Melodiae Lumen were furious when Rocky Ryf was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Rocky Ryf hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Joel Vito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 35th minute by Thierry Bachmann got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 36th match minute, Fors Melodiae Lumen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thierry Bachmann to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dennis Samuelsson to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match Piernas Locas Crane FC got a corner. Fors Melodiae Lumen's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Segundo Ubelteso ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Segundo Ubelteso almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fors Melodiae Lumen's Yann Valet did a great save. Dennis Samuelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Ishmael having to interfere. Yann Valet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Bertran in the 56th minute of play. Thierry Bachmann hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Fors Melodiae Lumen's Yann Valet got control of the ball when Jonathan Jobo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yann Valet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Bertran, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute, Segundo Ubelteso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piernas Locas Crane FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Thierry Bachmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Ishmael having to interfere. Yann Valet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Jobo in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute of the match, Luciano Bertran tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yann Valet saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 81stth minute of the game Segundo Ubelteso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fors Melodiae Lumen's Yann Valet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yann Valet was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Segundo Ubelteso showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 82 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luciano Bertran in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yann Valet saved Fors Melodiae Lumen from getting behind. After 87 played minutes Piernas Locas Crane FC got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Ubelteso. Yann Valet made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Segundo Ubelteso sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd minute, Luciano Bertran reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Yann Valet. The goal made the score 1-5. The Piernas Locas Crane FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Piernas Locas Crane FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
