The audience was convinced that László Illés's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Calistrat Bordeianu was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Baraja Española FC defense, Nicolae Zaharia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amado Osmundo. The Baraja Española FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amado Osmundo should have stopped the shot.
